My name is Andy.
These are things that mics and lenses might pick up.

Rusty Willoughby - Too Early/Crown of Thorns - Live @ Crackle & Pop! - I’m pretty proud of how this series is turning out. Rusty & co played great songs, and I they they’re captured really well, largely thanks to Johnny Sangster’s audio wizardry. Rusty’s album came out today on local label Spark & Shine - pick up your copy while the gettin’s good…
It’s not entirely obvious, but it was pretty warm in the studio - there were 10 people crammed into the space with hot lights and no AC/fans while we were recording. It felt like it was 100 degrees, but everyone seemed to roll with it.
The Life - 63/365 - Sprout is more often than not a mean cat, but he sure does take a pretty picture.
Slug Love - 62/365 - you don’t see that every day…
Helios - 59/365 - I got two of these old Russian lenses for $25 & the guy threw in the camera. The lenses produce the craziest blur you’ve ever seen.
1/2 of the Model Rockets live - they’ll be playing a reunion gig Saturday at the Sunset. Fun!
I’ve been loving how stills from videos look.
Rusty Willoughby with Rachel Flotard, Margrethe Bjorklund, Barrett Martin and Barb Antonio. Full video coming soon.
John and Scott of the Model Rockets looking pretty serious. They did a Live @ C&P! session in support of their reunion show at the Sunset on Saturday.
Curtains for You - Live @ Crackle & Pop! (by Andy Smith)
